Each service is subject to these general terms, and specific terms may apply depending on the service you book.
Our services are provided to businesses only and are not intended for consumers.
Using Our Website
You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own personal or business use. You may only use our website for lawful purposes.
You must not use this website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability. You must not use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to transmit any malicious software. You must not use any automated systems (robots, spiders or scrapers) to access our website, except for search engine indexing. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or any connected systems.
We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or the entire website, at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images. All rights are reserved.
You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute material from our website without our permission. You must not edit or modify any material on our website.
For website design projects, once you have paid in full, the custom design work we create specifically for you becomes yours. However, any third-party themes, plugins, stock images or licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Our terms on premium licences are set out under Website Design Projects.
We reserve the right to showcase work we have completed for you in our portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Downloadable Content and Lead Magnets
We may make downloadable content available on our website, such as guides, checklists and resources. If you opt in to receive a free download, you will receive the content by email along with a series of helpful tips on website and SEO topics. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
You may share downloadable content within your business or organisation, but you must not edit or amend the content, and you must retain our company name, copyright notices and any authorial credits.
Payments
All prices exclude VAT, which is charged at the current rate.
For website design projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due on completion and before your website goes live. Payment plans may be available for clients who also take our hosting and maintenance package.
For hosting and maintenance services, fees are payable monthly or annually in advance as agreed.
For WordPress Wellness Clinic sessions and website audits, full payment is required before the session takes place.
Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily, together with fixed compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We may suspend project work if payments remain outstanding for more than 30 days. Hosting has its own late payment terms, set out under Hosting and Maintenance.
Website Design Projects
If you book a website design project, the following terms apply in addition to the general terms above.
Scope
Your proposal or quote sets out what is included, such as the package, number of pages and any extras. Anything not listed there is outside the project and will be quoted separately.
How we build
We build your website on our private test server, so your current website stays live with no downtime until the new one is ready.
Your content
You supply your text, images and SEO keywords unless you have booked our Website Discovery and Copywriting Service. If we are waiting on content, feedback or access from you for more than 60days, we may pause the project and invoice for the work completed to date. Restarting a paused project may carry a fee of £150.
Amendments
Four sets of amendments are included. Further changes are charged at £95 plus VAT per hour. Additional pages beyond your package are £195 plus VAT each.
Timescales
Any timescales we give are estimates. They depend on receiving your content and feedback on time.
Sign-off
When your website is ready, we will ask you to review it and sign it off in writing, including by email. If you have not responded within 14 days, or the website has gone live, it will be treated as signed off.
Going live
The balance is due before your website goes live. If you host with us, we move the website to our hosting at no extra cost. If you host elsewhere, a transfer fee of £150 plus VAT applies, and you must give us full access to your hosting.
Warranty
We do not offer a warranty on website design projects unless one is set out in a written contract with us.
Licences
Your website may use premium themes or plugins, including Divi, licensed to BYBO. You can use them free of charge while you host with us. If your website moves elsewhere, you will need to buy your own licences and we may remove our licence keys.
Domain name
Your domain name should be registered in your name. If we register it for you, we do so on your behalf and will transfer it to you on request.
Cancellations and Refunds
Website project deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you may be invoiced for work completed to date.
Hosting and maintenance contracts can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice once the 3-month minimum term has ended. If you wish us to transfer your website to another provider when you leave our hosting, a transfer fee of £150 plus VAT applies.
WordPress Wellness sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Website Audit sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Website Handover and Post-Transfer Responsibility
Client Sign-Off
On completion of a website project, the client will be asked to review and formally sign off the finished website, as set out under Website Design Projects. Sign-off may be given in writing (including by email) and confirms that the website has been delivered to a satisfactory standard in line with the agreed brief.
Apart from any warranty set out in a written contract with us and any hosting and maintenance package you hold with us, once sign-off has been provided, Build Your Business Online (BYBO) accepts no further responsibility for the ongoing performance, security, functionality or maintenance of the website. Any issues arising after sign-off, including but not limited to plugin conflicts, theme or software updates, content changes, third-party integrations or actions taken by the client or any third party, are the sole responsibility of the client.
Website Transfer
Where a website is transferred to the client or to a third-party hosting provider, BYBO’s responsibility for the website ends entirely at the point of transfer. We are not liable for any changes, errors, performance issues or security vulnerabilities that occur after the transfer, regardless of cause.
The client takes full responsibility for the website, its performance, security and ongoing maintenance from the point of transfer. BYBO is not responsible for any failure by the receiving provider to maintain, secure or correctly configure the transferred website.
Search Engine Rankings and Organic Traffic
We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, organic traffic levels or any other SEO-related outcomes at any stage of our work. Fluctuations in traffic and search rankings are a normal and expected part of any website redesign, migration, domain change or platform transfer, and may occur in the short or medium term as search engines re-crawl and re-index updated content.
The same principle applies to AI Search Optimisation. We make no guarantees regarding whether, when or how often any AI platform will cite or recommend your business, as this is determined entirely by the AI platform’s own systems and is outside our control.
BYBO cannot be held responsible for any reduction in website traffic, loss of search engine rankings, decline in online visibility or associated loss of business following the delivery, launch, sign-off or transfer of a website, regardless of the cause. This includes, but is not limited to, changes resulting from Google algorithm updates, search engine re-indexing, structural changes to the website, URL changes, content updates or hosting environment changes.
Clients who also engage our SEO or AI Search Optimisation services are subject to the additional terms set out in the relevant service section, including our disclaimer regarding results and timescales.
Your Responsibilities
When you engage our services, you agree to provide all necessary content, images and information in a timely manner. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use any materials you provide to us. You must make sure all information you supply is true, accurate and complete.
If your website is hosted elsewhere, you are responsible for keeping backups through your hosting provider. If you host with us, we take daily backups as set out under Hosting and Maintenance. Either way, we recommend you keep your own copy of important content.
Any login credentials you provide will be kept confidential and used only to complete the agreed work.
Hosting and Maintenance
If you subscribe to our hosting and maintenance package, the following terms apply in addition to the general terms above. Where you have signed a separate hosting and maintenance agreement with us, that agreement takes priority.
Term
Hosting contracts have a minimum term of 3 months from the start date. After that they continue month to month until either party cancels with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for the rest of the minimum term remain payable if you cancel early.
Fees
Fees are payable monthly, plus VAT. We will give you at least 30 days’ written notice of any price increase. Annual fees are not refunded for part years, unless we end the service for reasons other than your breach.
What is included
Secure WordPress hosting with an SSL certificate, regular WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, security monitoring, speed and performance checks, broken link monitoring and daily backups kept for 30 days.
Uptime and support
We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including hosting infrastructure issues, internet failures, cyber attacks or scheduled maintenance. Support is available Monday to Friday during UK business hours, excluding bank holidays. Round-the-clock support is not included.
Security incidents
If your website is hacked or infected, we can restore it from our backups and carry out any clean-up work. This is charged at £95 plus VAT per hour.
Domains and email
Domain names, email hosting and premium licences are not included unless agreed in writing.
Late payment
We may suspend hosting if your account is more than 15 days overdue, after giving you written notice of our intention to do so.
Acceptable use
You must not use our hosting for anything unlawful, to store or share illegal content, to send spam, or in any way that could damage our systems, other clients or our reputation. We may suspend or end the service immediately if you do.
Your data
For personal data held on your website, you are the controller and we act as your processor under the UK GDPR. We process it only to host and maintain your website, keep it secure, use sub-processors such as our hosting infrastructure provider only on equivalent terms, tell you without undue delay about any data breach and delete it when the service ends.
Leaving
When the service ends and your account is paid, we will make your website files and database available to download. If you would like us to move your website to another provider, a transfer fee of £150 plus VAT applies. We delete your website and backups 30 days after the service ends. Our responsibility for the website ends at the point of transfer.
Major Platform Changes and the Divi 5 Migration
This section applies to every website we have built on Divi, whether or not we host it.
Our Hosting and Maintenance service covers routine updates. It does not cover major platform changes, where the software your website is built on is rebuilt or replaced and your website has to be migrated, checked and tested. These are quoted separately as a one-off charge.
Divi 4 to Divi 5
Divi 5 is a complete rebuild of the Divi platform rather than a routine update, so Divi 4 websites need to be properly migrated to it. This is the first change of its kind since 2019. With Divi 4 moving towards the end of its supported life, every Divi 4 website will need to move to Divi 5.
What the migration includes
- A full backup of your website.
- A staging version of your website, where appropriate.
- Checks for Divi 5 compatibility, including your plugins and any additional features.
- Migrating your website from Divi 4 to Divi 5.
- Checking desktop, tablet and mobile layouts.
- Testing forms, links and other features
- Moving the updated website live.
Cost and timescales
The migration is a one-off charge for a standard Divi website, confirmed to you in writing before any work begins and payable as set out in your quote. If we find anything outside a standard migration, such as third-party modules, custom features or compatibility issues needing substantial extra work, we will contact you before carrying out anything chargeable.
Any completion dates we give are targets, not guarantees. They depend on receiving the access, information and approvals we need from you.
After the migration
Once your migrated website is live, we will ask you to check it and sign it off, in line with our Client Sign-Off terms. After sign-off, any further work is charged at £95 plus VAT per hour, unless it falls within a Hosting and Maintenance package you hold with us.
New websites and redesigns
From 1 November 2026, all new websites we build are built on Divi 5. The migration fee is waived as part of a new website or full redesign project.
Websites that stay on Divi 4
If your website stays on Divi 4, whether or not we host it, we are not responsible for any problems, security issues, loss of features or incompatibility with future WordPress, plugin or Divi updates.
If we host your website
From February 2027, we will no longer provide our standard Hosting and Maintenance service for websites that remain on Divi 4. Once Divi 4 reaches the end of its supported life, we cannot keep it secure and compatible with current WordPress and plugin updates.
We may offer a temporary Limited Care option instead, at a fee we will confirm in writing. Limited Care covers hosting, backups and basic monitoring only. We cannot guarantee that WordPress, plugin or Divi-related problems on a Divi 4 website can be resolved, and any fixes or other work are charged at £95 plus VAT per hour.
If we do not host your website
Where we built your website but do not host or maintain it, keeping it up to date is your responsibility, including moving it to Divi 5. We may tell you about major platform changes as a courtesy, but we are not obliged to do so.
If you book us to carry out your migration, the following also applies:
- You must give us temporary access to your WordPress website and hosting account. We will tell you exactly what access is needed when you book.
- Your website must have a valid Divi licence. If it does not, you will need to buy one before the migration can go ahead.
- We take a full backup before we start. You remain responsible for the backups provided by your own hosting company.
- We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by your hosting provider, such as server settings, PHP versions, resource limits or restricted access.
- Once the migration is signed off, the website returns to your care in line with our Website Transfer terms. We do not carry out ongoing updates, monitoring or fixes unless you take out our Hosting and Maintenance package.
If you migrate the website yourself, use another provider or follow a third-party guide, including those published by Elegant Themes, we are not responsible for the outcome. We strongly recommend taking a full backup first and using a staging copy rather than your live website. If you ask us to put right any problems afterwards, the work is charged at £95 plus VAT per hour.
If you would like us to host and maintain your website, our Hosting and Maintenance terms above apply from the date your website moves to us.
Website Audit Deep Dive
The Website Audit Deep Dive is a one-off consultancy session. It includes a pre-audit review of up to 10 pages of your website (approximately 30 minutes), a 60-minute live walkthrough via Zoom, and professional feedback and recommendations on design, usability, performance, SEO and content flow.
The audit does not include implementation of changes or fixes (this can be arranged separately), copywriting, design work or development beyond recommendations.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received, after which you will be directed to choose a date and time.
You agree to provide accurate website details and complete any onboarding form before your session. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and Zoom access at the time of the audit. It is your responsibility to take notes during the session.
The audit provides professional recommendations based on our expertise. However, no guarantee is made regarding specific improvements in search engine rankings, enquiries or sales. Results may vary depending on how and when recommendations are implemented.
WordPress Wellness Clinic
All WordPress Wellness sessions are booked for a minimum of 3 hours. Complex work such as malware removal, hacked site recovery, plugin conflicts, database errors or migrations may require additional time, billed at £95 plus VAT per hour after the initial 3 hours.
You must provide a clear list of required updates or fixes before the booking. If the work is likely to take longer than the booked slot, we will let you know in advance so you can book extra time or prioritise tasks. Before work begins, we will confirm in writing what will be completed during your session. Any extras outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
You must provide full WordPress admin login details and hosting access before the start of the session. Failure to provide correct access may result in delays or the need to reschedule. All logins are treated as confidential.
Payment is due in full before any work begins. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
We will take a backup before making changes where possible. However, it is your responsibility to make sure suitable backups are in place via your hosting provider. We cannot be held liable for downtime, data loss or functionality issues caused by hosting failures, third-party software or circumstances outside our control. Where issues arise due to conflicts or incompatibility, we will advise on solutions, which may require additional time and cost.
Depending on the type of work, your site may be placed in temporary maintenance mode while changes are made.
If, during your session, we feel your website would be better served by a full redesign rather than fixes, we will advise you so you can make an informed decision.
Website Discovery and Copywriting Service
This service involves a recorded discovery call, typically 60 to 90 minutes depending on the number of pages required, during which we ask questions about your business to gather material for your website content. By taking part in this call, you consent to it being recorded to produce a transcript and draft your website content. Recordings and transcripts are treated as confidential and are used solely to deliver your content.
The service is priced at £95 plus VAT per page, for pages of up to 500 words. Pages needing significantly more than 500 words may be subject to an additional fee, agreed with you before drafting.
One round of review and refinement is included per page. Further rounds of revision, or substantial changes of direction after first-draft content has been delivered, may be quoted and charged separately.
Once paid in full, the drafted content becomes yours to use on your website. We retain no ownership over the final copy, though we may reference your business as a client in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing, in line with our Intellectual Property terms above.
This service produces first-draft content based on the information you provide during the discovery call. You are responsible for reviewing the drafted content for factual accuracy before it is published. We make no guarantee regarding specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, AI citation, enquiries or conversions resulting from the content produced.
AI Search Optimisation (AEO)
AI Search Optimisation is delivered via a WordPress plugin and is only available to clients on the WordPress platform.
The service builds a separate, AI-readable version of your website’s content, hosted alongside your existing site. Your live website and its content are not changed in any way. The AI-friendly version always references your original page as the primary source.
AI Search Optimisation is billed at £99 plus VAT per month, with a £30 plus VAT set-up fee and a minimum term of 3 months from the start date. After the minimum term, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled by either party. You may cancel by written notice at any time after the minimum term has ended. No refunds are given for the minimum term itself.
On cancellation, the AI-friendly version of your content will be removed. Your live website is entirely unaffected.
We provide monthly reporting on AI platform mentions and estimated AI-referred traffic where available. We make no guarantee regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to whether any AI platform (including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews or others) will cite, reference or recommend your business, or the volume of any resulting traffic or enquiries. AI search platforms are operated by third parties, use their own independent criteria and are entirely outside our control. Typical timescales for AI platforms to begin recognising changes are approximately 12 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
AEO Expert Review (add-on)
AEO Expert Review is only available to clients with an active AI Search Optimisation subscription. It is a one-off, additional service in which we manually review and refine a set number of pages, as set out in your chosen tier (Silver, Gold or Platinum) at the time of booking. Pricing and page allowances for each tier are as published on our website at the time of your order.
Expert Review fees are payable in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable once work has begun. As with AI Search Optimisation itself, we make no guarantee of specific citation, ranking or traffic outcomes from Expert Review work.
AI Search Readiness Report
The AI Search Readiness Report is a free diagnostic review of your website’s readiness for AI-powered search, including your AI Search Readiness Score and our recommendations. It is offered free of charge to a limited number of businesses at our discretion, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice.
The report reflects the state of your website at the time of review and is valid as a snapshot on that date. It is provided as general guidance only and does not include implementation of any changes. No guarantee is made regarding search engine rankings, AI search visibility, enquiries or any other outcome, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
By submitting your details, you agree to receive your report and occasional related emails from BYBO Digital, in line with our Downloadable Content and Lead Magnets terms above. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Social Media Management Services
If you subscribe to one of our social media management packages, the following terms apply in addition to the general terms above.
Before we begin, you must provide a comprehensive brief about your business, including your brand voice, target audience, key messages and the topics or themes you would like us to post about. The quality and effectiveness of our work depend on the information you provide, so please be as detailed as possible.
All posts will be sent to you for review and approval before they are published. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any facts, figures or claims in the content. Once you have signed off, we will schedule the posts for publication.
We use scheduling tools to manage and publish your social media content efficiently. We may also use AI-powered tools to help with tasks such as generating initial content ideas, drafting captions or suggesting hashtags. However, all content is reviewed, refined and personalised by our team to make sure it reflects your brand and meets your requirements.
We cannot guarantee specific results such as follower growth, engagement rates or sales from social media activity, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
You must give us the necessary access to your social media accounts. All login credentials will be kept confidential and used solely to deliver your social media package.
Google Business Profile Audit
The Google Business Profile Audit is a one-off written report reviewing your existing Google Business Profile against ten key markers. The report identifies areas where your profile is performing well, areas needing improvement and our recommendations in order of priority.
The audit is delivered as a PDF within five working days of payment being received. Payment is taken in full at the point of booking and is non-refundable once work has begun. The audit is a diagnostic report only. Implementation of the recommendations is not included unless you separately book our GBP Setup service.
The report reflects the state of your Google Business Profile at the time of review and is valid as a snapshot on that date. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, search positions, visibility levels, enquiry volumes or any other outcome from Google, as these are determined by Google’s own algorithms and are outside our control.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of any information displayed on your Google Business Profile and for compliance with Google’s own terms of service.
What We Are Not Responsible For
We take reasonable care with all our work. However, many parts of a website depend on software, services and decisions outside our control. Unless we have agreed otherwise in a written contract, we are not responsible for the following.
Third-party software
- Faults, conflicts, security flaws or changes in WordPress, themes, plugins or page builders, including Divi.
- A developer withdrawing, changing or charging more for a theme or plugin, or ending support for it.
- Features that stop working because of an update released by a third party.
- Major platform changes, such as the move from Divi 4 to Divi 5, which are covered under Major Platform Changes and the Divi 5 Migration.
Third-party services and integrations
- The availability, performance, fees or terms of services linked to your website, such as payment gateways, booking systems, email marketing platforms, CRMs, social media feeds, maps and analytics tools.
- Changes those providers make to their systems, connections or pricing, including usage charges from services such as Google.
- Suspension or closure of accounts you hold with third parties, such as Google, Meta, Stripe or PayPal.
Hosting, domains and email
- Hosting, servers or DNS settings that we do not manage, including any hosting you arrange yourself.
- Outages at our hosting infrastructure provider or other events outside our reasonable control.
- Domain names that lapse, are lost or are set up incorrectly where you or another party manage the registration or renewal.
- Email delivery, including emails from website forms that are delayed, blocked or marked as spam, and any email accounts we do not host.
Your content and legal compliance
- The accuracy, legality and ownership of any text, images, video, prices or other content you supply or add, including any copyright claims arising from it.
- Your website’s privacy policy, cookie policy, terms and other legal wording, and your compliance with data protection, cookie consent, advertising and industry rules.
- Accessibility compliance, beyond any specific standard agreed in writing.
- Legal, tax or financial advice. Any template wording we provide is a starting point for you to check with a qualified adviser.
Security
- Security breaches caused by weak or shared passwords, compromised devices, user accounts you create or access you give to others.
- New vulnerabilities for which no fix yet exists. We take reasonable steps to keep websites secure, but no website can be guaranteed safe from attack.
Changes made by others
- Problems caused by changes made by you, your staff or any other developer, agency or provider, including installing or updating plugins, editing code or changing settings.
- Putting right those changes, which is charged at our hourly rate.
Online shops and bookings
- Product details, prices, stock levels, shipping rates, VAT and tax settings, order fulfilment, refunds and customer service.
- Card payment security and compliance, which are handled by your payment provider.
Data and backups
- Loss of content added or changed between backups, or on websites we do not host.
- Data held in third-party services connected to your website.
Appearance and performance
- Differences in how your website looks or works on older browsers, unusual devices or future browser versions.
- Speed scores and performance changes caused by large images or files you upload, plugins you add or factors outside our hosting.
Business results and losses
- Enquiries, sales, conversions, rankings, traffic or AI search visibility, as set out under Search Engine Rankings and Organic Traffic.
- Loss of business, income or opportunities while a website or service is unavailable.
Delays
- Delays to a project or service caused by late content, feedback, payment or access from you, or by third parties.
Where we can help with any of the above, we can quote for the work or book it at our hourly rate of £95 plus VAT. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, particularly for services like SEO and AI Search Optimisation, where outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the extent that our website and information are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
We are not liable for any issues caused by your hosting provider where you do not host with us, third-party software (themes, plugins and integrations), changes made by you or others after delivery, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as internet failures, cyber attacks or force majeure events.
We are not liable for any business losses, including loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts or commercial opportunities. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service. For hosting and other ongoing services, it is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree not to bring any claim personally against our officers or employees. This does not limit the liability of the company itself.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Warranties
We do not warrant that the information on our website is complete, accurate or up to date, or that this website will remain available.
We reserve the right to discontinue or alter this website at any time without notice. For hosting and other ongoing services, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any material change.
We do not offer warranties on our services unless they are set out in a written contract with us. Any such warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party software, your hosting environment or changes made by you or others after sign-off.
Breaches of These Terms
If you breach these terms, or if we reasonably suspect you have, we may send you a formal warning, temporarily or permanently suspend your access to our website, block your IP address, contact your internet service provider, begin legal action, or suspend or delete your account.
If we suspend or block your access, you must not attempt to get around that suspension or block.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, login details or project specifics with third parties except where necessary to deliver our services.
Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZA373034). Where we host your website, we act as your processor as set out under Hosting and Maintenance.
For details on how we collect, use and protect your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
The person responsible for data protection queries is Kathy Rustell, who can be contacted at info@bybodigital.com.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal data, you can raise it with us using the details above. We will acknowledge any data protection complaint within 30 days of receipt and provide a full response without undue delay. If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Full details of how to make a data protection complaint are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify endorsement. We have no control over the content of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will apply from the date of publication on this website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
If you have an ongoing service with us, we will give you 30 days’ notice of any change that affects it, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
